I found my apartment spacious and well-equipped for an extended stay. The kitchen had necessary equipment. The balcony provided outdoor space. The staff were helpful and security measures were present.
The check-in process was slow upon arrival. I waited a long time due to a large group ahead of me. The self-service machines were not operational.

I found the apartment quite spacious and well-equipped. It had everything i needed. the balcony offered a nice view, especially in the evenings. the location was ideal because it was very close to the beach. the staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions.
The sound insulation wasn't great. I could often hear noise from neighboring rooms. it made it a bit difficult to relax fully during the day.

The location was ideal because a supermarket was nearby. the room featured air conditioning that worked effectively. jean pierre and juan were attentive and helpful staff members. They assisted with all queries.
The walls are thin. I could hear noises. i had to use earplugs at night to sleep. the bathroom lacked ventilation. Steam lingered after showers.

I had a spacious clean room. It had fine views of the beach. The shower was powerful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The balcony included sturdy furniture. Public areas were very clean.
The location is at the top of a hill. This could be difficult for less able guests.

a bit let down by the noise
balcony dust
the noise was a big problem. i couldn't even use the balcony because of the dust. it was really hard to relax, and i was really hoping for something more quiet.

The staff, including Jean Pierre, proved very helpful with several requests, they gave good advice on local places. I appreciated the speed and thoroughness of the housekeeping team. They cleaned quick when we called needing anything. The value for breakfast was good. For €10, there was fruit, yogurt, cereal, a continental selection, and a hot food buffet.
The hotel was undergoing refurbishment so there was noise from 8 AM onward. The work did affect the experience. I was not informed prior to arrival, and should have been.

Staff, specifically Jean Pierre, were attentive to requests and queries. Housekeepers provided quick service when needed. The reception staff were kind also helpful and nice, it was a decent experience.
